There you choose the format, length and orientation (vertical or horizontal), see your price and check out with PayPal. The Director starts as soon as payment clears.

Who the video is for, what you’re launching, how it should feel, any must-have shots or lines, and how it should end. In your console you can share brand assets: logo, colours, fonts, product shots, existing footage. You don’t need a script or storyboard. Writing those is the Director’s job.

Yes. We never publish or share your brief. The only exception is the generation models that need parts of your brief to make your video, and they receive it under their API terms. Portfolio pieces are only shown with your permission.

Like tokens on an AI platform. Credits are seconds of finished video, bought upfront. A 30-second video uses 30 seconds of credit. Model usage, rendering, voice and music are all covered, with no extra charges.

Every video is Full HD (1080p). Choose horizontal 16:9 for websites, product pages, YouTube and presentations, or vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Stories. The price is the same either way.

Most videos are delivered within 3–5 hours of payment clearing. That’s a target, not a guarantee. Longer films and complex briefs can take more time, and we’ll let you know if yours is running long.

A production-ready Full HD MP4 at the length and aspect ratio you ordered, ready to publish.

After delivery, tell us what to change, whether that’s a shot, a line, the music or the timing. The Director regenerates and re-verifies the affected parts and sends you an updated MP4. Your first repair loop is complimentary. Repairs refine the video you ordered; a new concept or a longer length is a new order.

Yes. Every video is delivered production-ready and cleared for commercial release, including ads, paid social, product pages, launches, events and broadcast.

Once your order is paid, we assign to you all rights we hold in the final video, and you’re free to use it however you like within our terms. Brand assets you supply remain yours throughout.

Only with permission. We don’t generate the likeness or voice of real, identifiable people without their documented consent, and we don’t use trademarks you don’t own or have rights to.

Some platforms and jurisdictions require disclosure of synthetic media. You’re responsible for following the rules where you publish. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
